Trainings

July 10 until August 4th

Summer is the perfect time to gain new skillset and make significant improvement. We offer the possibility to train with consistency during 4 consecutive week, offering structured trainings, a family atmosphere, and much needed follow through to our players. 

Training Structure

We structure the trainings to fit the needs of young players and develop them into better athletes, while making it fun. 
Practices include: Warm-up, Coordination, Athletics, Basketball specific skills, Games.

For players 8 to 13 years old

We adapt the trainings and exercises depensing on the age and level of the players.

This program is adapted to young players (8-11) and older players (12-13) who have less basketball experience.  

Show up when you want, pay at the end

We will be training 3 times per week. You come when you want and join the group trainings. You can either get a membership for a full month at a great discount, of simply show up when you want and we will keep track of your trainings

Cossy Outside Courts, Nyon

We will host the trainings at the Cossy outside courts. 
In case of rain, the trainings will be reported to the next day.

Friday: 9:00-10:20 -> Cossy, Ch. de precossy 8, 1260 Nyon – Outside Courts

*IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, THE TRAINING WILL BE PUSHED TO THE NEXT DAY.
